Our next tournament is one of the best collegiate events. The 2024 Cypress Lakes Players Championship will be played June 16-19. This year, we have partnered with Step by Step Golf Ministry. Practice round June 18th is Father's Day we will play a parent -collegiate format starting at 1pm followed by a pizza and wings dinner at the clubhouse. Parents or siblings play for free. 

Congratulations to Kye Meeks University of Mississippi & Brooke Sansom Auburn University on winning the Danielle Naes Holiday Collegiate. Both players provided exciting finishes to the tournament.

Registration is open for our 11th Annual Danielle Naes Collegiate December 27-30 Pensacola FL. The Club at Hidden Creek new venue. We have 3 All- Americans and numerous foreign players already signed up. Great fields for both men and women collegiate players. look forward to seeing Conner Pollman from Lee University defend his title.

Major announcement due to the shutdown of most fall golf season's College Coaches have been calling me to put on some tournaments this fall. We will have all information on schedule and open registration for these tournaments on Friday August 28th, These tournaments will be 54 holes over a Saturday-Sunday or Monday -Tuesday setup 36 holes first day 18 Final Day. these tournaments are open to both men and women collegiate players.
Muscle Shoals tournament will be $245 which includes 3 tournament rounds with carts,ranges balls lunch between rounds 1 & 2 lunch after final round. plus dozen Bridgestone Pro 330 golf balls.
Maximum field size 60 players.

University of New Orleans Grayson Gilbert finish off what he started  leading wire to wire. Grayson final round 67 capped off two tournament records at the Cypress Lakes Collegiate. Lowest 54 hole total 200, and largest margin of win 11 strokes. Congratulations Grayson.

Alexis Berger University University of Montevallo won her second Southeastern Collegiate Golf Tour Event. She is the 3rd player to accomplish that feat.

With solid play today 1st round leader Grayson Gilbert University of New Orleans followed up his opening round 64 with a 69 to take a 5 stroke lead over Southeastern Collegiate Golf Tour player Zach Ashley.at the 2019 Cypress Lakes Collegiate. Grayson continue to have solid ball striking at Cypress Lakes Country Club. Grayson felt like he sruck the ball better today just didn't make enough putts for his round.

Zach Ashley followed up his solid play with a 70 today after his opening 68 and has a two day total 138. Sitting in 3rd place tie is Davis Irving from the University of Central Arkansas and Keegan Bronnenberg Ball State University at 140. Southeastern Collegiate Golf Tour Champion Brooks Rabren 141 Georgia Southwestern University round out the top 5.

What a great end to the year. Our final tournament of the season has to be considered the best ever. With brutal conditions the first round followed by great weather rounds 2 and 3 we crowned and congratulate two deserving champions. On the men's side from the University of Alabama Ben Fuller finished wirh a 8-under 208 total to claim his first championship. The women champion claimed her 2nd Southeastern Collegiate title Katie Sharp Michigan State University with a plus 4 220 total.

We had our first double eagle on hole #7 by Ricky Hendler Florida Atlantic University.
Major shoutout to 3 juniors Sarah Edwards, Brooke Gober and Justin Burroughs for their outstanding play showing they will be a force soon on the Southeastern Collegiate Golf Tour.

We have a full field for our December 27-30 Perdido Bay Collegiate 96 players which we look forward to hosting at Perdido Bay. I would like to thank all the college coaches who called to get the players into our field and recognizing the importance of our tournaments. 2017 Summer season has concluded with great winners on the SECGT Tour.
Great showdown in Brewton with Alexis Berger of University of Montevallo edging out Antonia Poate of Troy University to take the Women's Title and Crystal. With a 20 footer on the last hole Noah Whittington University of Mobile defeated Henry Westmoreland IV University of West Florida to claim the Men's Title and Crystal. The players had a blast staying in private housing during the Brewton Hardees/Wind Creek Casino Championship. Thank you to all the members at the Country Club of Brewton for your hosting my players.

The Hardeee's Collegiate Players Championship at Perdido Bay again had to deal with weather the Final Round but the collegiate players were up to the challendge with Lindsey Harrison of Troy University shooting a even par 216 to defeat her teammate Bianca Lohbauer by 1 stroke.
Men's division saw a second round 63 by our winner Henry Westmoreland IV of University of West Florida 6th ranked player in Division II finish at 6-under 210 to claim his second SECGT Tour Title.
